I’ve gone twice in the span of 4 weeks, and both times they have messed up my order, they miss ingredients and just switch out what I said I wanted. For example I ask for sausage in my flatbread they put chicken instead. Last time they only put sausage and egg and no other ingredients when I didn’t ask for any customizations, i don’t realize til I drive off and nobody has time to be driving back.
20 min wait for 1 smoothy, were making orders for take outs and we were standing in and waiting. Also I did not see fresh fruits there, looks like made from dry powder.

Love this Tropical Smoothie location! My go to is the Supergreen Chicken Caesar wrap. Consistently a10/10 experience.
Food was fine. However, on my way out I saw a guy who looked like he works there smoking weed right outside the door. This is a serious lack of professionalism and has definitely driven me away from coming here again if I'm being served by a high employeee. I hope action is taken about this.
