Me and my friend went in to get smoothies and açai bowls. Her smoothie order came out in 10 minutes and mine hadn’t yet. At the 20 minute mark I asked the employee that took my order if my bowl was ready yet but she just said that it was one of her coworkers orders and did not check for me. Ten minutes later I had to go walk around the counter and ask the other coworker if my bowl was in the process of being prepared. Highly dissatisfying service.
