Placed an order on the app at 705am and i was supposed to pick it up at 715am. I got here at 716, the door is locked. Its now 730 and still nobody. I call the business line and it goes to voivemail, which is full. This is the 1st time ive been to this business. This is the 2nd time ive had this happen with tropical smoothie.
Placed an online order for two smoothies. Upon arrival only one was ready for pick up. Even though they asked my name and knew I was waiting for my other smoothie they continued to serve others that came in and ordered after me before they made my second smoothie. I drank my entire smoothie waiting, before obtaining my husband’s smoothie. It was rude and felt intentional. We frequent this location a lot but will now be looking for another location.

Autumn and jasmine were goated. Made me a great smoothie and lunch. Couldn’t be more pleased with my visit today. Thank yall so much. Autumn cooked on the smoothie and hospitality. Jasmine cooked on the food. Great service.
