I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. Unfortunately, my issue was not resolved, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. I also had an uncomfortable interaction with the manager, whose name I unfortunately did not catch I think it was Marie Her communication was unprofessional and did not make me feel respected as a customer.
