Sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes when there was only one other car in line, I only ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and a quesadilla, finally got my food and pulled up in a parking spot to eat it and my food was COLD, the cheese wasn’t even melted on either of the items I got, I pulled back through the drive through while it was pouring rain and my toddler in the back seat and sat there another 20 minutes for them to fix it and I gave them the old order back that was cold and they gave me another order and then I d... read more
Awesome customer service. Good smoothies, good food, and a friendly and professional staff.
Something has changed at this location because the food has become inedible. I received a salad with brown slimy rotting lettuce. I called and was promised a refund weeks ago by the manager and never received it. Recently I order a smoothie that had chunks of full pieces of ice in it, atleast 6 full pieces of ice, making it impossible to drink through a straw. I had to reblend it at home myself. This really sweet girl named Bailey Droll is absolutely amazing! OUTSTANDING service by this young lady, exceptionally kind and hard working. The way she attended me and listened to me made my day! I will DEFINITELY be returning just because of this amazing service.
