Fabiola was amazing (server listed on receipt)! Even though she was clearly busy, she took my order quickly and efficiently. She made sure to ask which side I wanted and listed all the chip options for my chicken pesto—something most Tropical Smoothie locations skip if I forget to specify. I stepped away briefly to wash my hands, and by the time I came back, my order was ready and waiting with her to make sure I got it right away!
Horrible service. She was preparing online orders all the time not even bothering to take our in person order.
Very unfriendly staff i walked in and stood there for 5 minutes before anyone took my order and threre were 3 employees just standing around and when I did no smile or anything I understand people have bad days but there was 3 there couldn't be the reason I work in customer service and no matter what kind of day I'm having i treat all customers with a positive attitude
