I stopped going to the Marlow Heights location due to bad customer service but I figured I would try them out and to my surprise this visit was MUCH better.
First time trying one of the acai bowl, and disappoibted that the bowl was frozen and not freshly prepared/made-to-order like the drinks.
I WASTED MY MONEY AND MY TIME TODAY. I HAVE SUBMITTED A FEEDBACK. THE PREVIOUS DAY THE WOMAN WAS TOUCHING MONEY, THEN SHE WAS SCRATCHING HER DIRTY HEAD/HAIR, THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO PREPARE MY ORDER IN WHICH SHE DID NOT WASHED HER HANDS NEITHER USED GLOVES. I DID TELL HER THOUGH, SHE DID NOT LIKE THAT BUT AFTER TOUCHING MY SUPPLEMENTS SHE WENT AND WASHED HER HANDS. I ordered a DoorDash order from here . I literally just got home from delivering my baby , this smoothie was not blended well at all , it was chunks of fruit as well and spinach and kale and ice . I will not order from here again , I saved it so I could take it back to the location
This is usually my lil happy treat. Imagine you’re wanting a nice smoothie. You love how it’s filled to the top and you immediately want to sip it down. However to your surprise it’s about an inch of drink missing. As you sip you feel as though you’re missing part of your enjoyment. It’s the little things. This is how I received it.
