The place is filthy. The bathroom is filthy. That’s a telling sign about their cleaning practices. If the bathroom is dirty, you can bet your bottom dollar the kitchen is probably not kept up to standards either. Sure enough, you look behind the counter and everything is filthy. Now I have diarrhea, and I’m not surprised. Definitely the last tropical smoothie Café that I would ever go to.
While I love tropical cafe. The service at this particular location could use a more friendly customer service. Was there this morning ALL the employees look as though they were mad to be alive. I spoke to the cashier she barely spoke back when I repeated my good morning greeting. She snapped back I said hello how you doing all the while never making eye contact. The entire energy was very unwelcoming. I hope the store manager sees this post and makes a valid effort to correct the customer service at this location.
Great location but the service seems to be not good. No hello no customer service. I think the staff needs to be trained better but all in all good.
