I just got done with a rewards for free smoothies for a year and I tried everything on that menu and I lobe the versatility and flavor combos.
Third time visiting this location. Each time I have visited, I have had to wait at minimum, 20 minutes for one smoothie. A mediocre smoothie, at best, with stressed out staff rushing around- clearly understaffed.
I am a faithful customer of tropical smoothie since they opened . I patronize Specifically the Camden location 5 times per week if not everyday. In the last 6-8 months I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of service as well as the accuracy of the orders. Which is why I rated it with 3 stars. Formally it would have been five. In my opinion this is do to lack of Management, since Camuron Young’s departure . Camuron and his staff always greeted his customers by name. Made you feel welcomed as well as appreciated.
