Someone stole my order and the manager on duty refused to remake the order for me (even though I had never picked it up or received it). I had already paid for it, yet the manager told me that a refund would take a few business days. She was professional about everything, but I had called corporate to ask for a way to fix the issue faster and they had said that she should've simple remade my order. Bad customer service, bad smoothie. Not even an actual smoothie. Cashier said all but 2 works and waited 5 min to be helped while it was empty. Smoothie consistency was like watered down. Very disappointed.
