The service here is diabolical. They certainly act like a smoothie SHOULD take 45 minutes to make. It is bizarre. There is no remorse or apologies for the negligent delays. I’m watching three people on the clock right now while only one is sort of working. It’s awful. Please don’t ever go here if you want to hold on to your sanity.
D’anna & sy’mya went over & beyond! The DoorDash driver took forever to arrive & my smoothie was watery! I personally came in & they got my order ready w/o a fuss & apologized repeatedly for the inconvenience! Can’t be more appreciative of their hospitality!! 5stars
Turns out I’m not the only one complaining about this location just looked up the other reviews now I’m going to smoothie King because it seems like this place is terrible

A black family that came after me got their food before me because I’m white. I’ve dealt with three instances in South Florida where I was mistreated because of the color of my skin. I don’t care what anyone says. I know what discrimination feels like and it’s absolutely disgusting experiencing it in Florida. I’m literally rushing my move because of it.
