Waited inside for 15 min at the counter hoping to order and they kept walking right past us. We saw them taking drive through orders the entire time. So we get in the car and go to the drive through since they wouldn't even acknowledge we were there and we got service but my friend needed a vegan meat substitute and they don't have it anymore so we ended up wasting our entire lunch break waiting on service and had go get back to work with no lunch
Their food is always fresh, and the staff is polite and curious.
Manager is very rude. She needs trained for customer service asap
Online order took about 20 minutes longer than stated - food was cold. Said "hello" to the worker with no reply lol . Chipotle next time
With waits being almost 20 mins please make the line where someone can get out in case of and emergency
