I bought an acai bowl, but when I received it, the acai base was completely frozen, so I couldn’t eat it. I told the young boy working there, and he said he got it from the back and that I had to wait for it to defrost. I shouldn’t have to pay for food that isn’t ready to eat. I was also told that this is how their acai bowls are made, but that’s not true because I bought an acai bowl one a week ago and it wasn’t frozen at all.
