I picked up an order and there was 3 smoothies in one plastic bag. 24 ounces per smoothie. Wouldn’t it be a good manner to double bag? Went to do deliver the order than boom the bag breaks. I tried to save it but ended up tripping myself. However mistakes do happen, came to the store because it was a DoorDash order that was not completed. I had a very unpleasant experience at this Tropical Smoothie location recently. The shift leader on duty was incredibly rude and dismissive to not just me, but also to another paying customer. I understand that everyone has bad days, but there's absolutely no excuse for treating customers with such attitude and disrespect. When I politely asked a question about my order, the shift leader responded in a condescending tone and seemed more interested in arguing than helping. The yogurt I received is somewhat empty and doesn’t have enough yogurt in it and it looks disgusting to eat. Nothing like in the picture. This company needs to hire people that will enjoy what they do otherwise service sucks!! It's not worth what I have paid for. My first time trying the smoothie place and I get the worst food and quality. I couldn't check when I picked up the food bcz I was in a rush. I opened the bag and was very disappointed with what I saw that I had spent almost 9.00 on yogurt.
