Well walked in to tropical to get a smoothie its hot out today. Get to the counter no one at the counter but I see 3 employees standing in the prep area. One of them looked at me but kept on talking I stood there for a minute looked around to see if anyone was going to come to the counter no one did. I walked out I dont knowvwhats going on but I'm not feeling welcome. I guess we really do need to start spending with our people if other people are not happy when we enter their stores
Always great! They provided us with free 12 oz smoothies on National Flip Flops Day on June 5, 2026 since we wore flip flops in the store.

Friendly staff, great smoothies
The staff is very professional and super helpful and sweet. They are also very prompt. They never keep you waiting longer than 7 to 10 minutes if that.
