The drive thru person adds a tip of 5 dollars on a order with out asking the costumer. It happened to my wife and she noticed it till she got home.
First let me start by saying there’s a female here I think her name is Andria at least that’s the name that was on our cups , but she’s African America has PERFECT customer service , today was the first time seeing her there My husband and I come here frequently and every time we visit the customer service is poor
Had a roach in smoothie canned not fresh fruit and to make kids get out car in flip flops in rain is wild
I come here often for a peanut paradise smoothie, I love them and today was my first time being disappointed, it had the same great taste but it wasn’t thick like it usually is, it was liquidy, thin, please don’t make them like that, I know who made it but I won’t say I’ll just say, make it thick please! Thanks!
