The young lady that was on shift was very nice .. but the overall food wasn’t the best .. the smoothie didn’t have any flavor .. and the sausage burrito tasted like it had freezer burn .. so unfortunately it was no lunch for me tonight
Ordered a hummus wrap with no pickled onions, got it back to work for lunch, bit into it and guess what it was full of.. PICKLED ONIONS😞 The receipt on the wrap even says “no onion”. At least the smoothie was good.
If I could give a zero I would this use to be my favorite tropical smoothie I come everyday they hired this young mix chick that works there I don’t know here name but she works in the morning to evening her attitude is so horrible she tried to make my smoothie in a dirty blender bowl that she hadnt even washed out yeah I’m definitely gonna give this tropical smoothie break. She needs to wear her name tag customer service with her has been horrible. I’m calling corporate.

Cringe unprofessional atmosphere as the female worker has her boyfriend and friend there posted on the counter and they're horsing around, showing affection and kissing. It's a shame because every other time I've come in the other workers have been so professional and have given excellent customer service
