As someone who has ordered from this location often because of the good experiences I’ve had, I’m extremely disappointed by how far the quality has declined. I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich and a Peanut Butter Paradise through DoorDash. The sandwich arrived with mold on the bottom slice of bread, only about three pieces of undercooked bacon, and no tomato or ranch. Tropical Cafe's food is good, but they need to improve their app and offer promotions. My experience on Saturday, August 29, 2026: I ordered an acai bow through the app, they called me to say they didn't have it and told me they would refund my money. They charged me on Sunday, and I still haven't received a refund or even a refund email. I've been a regular customer since they opened, but after this experience, I'll think twice before ordering again.
Great food and service. Wildy is friendly and made sure my child's order was good!
This location used to be great. However the quality and service has went down hill in the last few months. Smoothies are crunchy and not being made with splenda and added fruit as requested. I returned my flatbread order twice today for not being made correctly. Plus it took 30 minuetes for my order. Employees are to busy on their phones and talking to each other to service customers and get orders correct. I suggest this location cleans house and gets properly trained employees.
