This is the second time I go to this location and they do something wrong. The first time was months ago they made an awful smoothie I always get that they somehow ruined that day. I called and spoke to a manager who assured me they’d make it right, but they never followed up to do anything about it. Today they refused to honor a perfectly good promo for a free smoothie and redirected me to the “customer service” knowing there is no phone number or immediate support. The smoothies were good but their process for app orders needs improvement. They have a clearly marked shelving unit for app orders yet they don’t use it. They just pile it up behind the counter where the customer can’t get to it. They stated they do this when it’s busy but there were only a couple of customers in the store.
Went out with friends, we were there before a game and it toke 1 hour for them to make our food. Afterward a lot of my teammates had stomach cramps.
I am quite disappointed in this location. A worker was being very disrespectful towards me and had the audacity to body shame me. I came in with a bubbly attitude and she didn’t had a smile when i started to order. When she handed to food and turned around she mumbled quietly behind my back calling me “Fat”.
