I’m going to stop going to this location. They get my order wrong every time! I just don’t understand how hard is it follow instructions.
I got the peanut butter cup add almonds and it was delicious but what I really wanted to brag about was how nice the girl who took and gave me my order was ! She so so so nice I can’t remember her name but she had blonde and blue hair ! She’s so so sweet give her a raise !
I gave this place 5 stars because they have always had great smoothies, but i will say, they need to have better service in the drive through.
12:20 Sunday: no one responded at drive thru. Subjectively: staff member very low energy, and music way too loud for a normal person. Objectively: with no one else ahead of us or in the building when we ordered 2 smoothies took 12 minutes. Staff in back did not come up to help when second guest arrived. Conclusion as typical: incompetent management. With today's prices there's certainly no need to pay to be frustrated. Take your business somewhere that enjoys serving you and takes pride in what they deliver.
So overall, this place is pretty good. I ordered Uber from them a few days ago and THOROUGHLY enjoyed it and got what I ordered, precisely. Sadly, when I did a pick-up of, quite literally the exact same order, one of the items was obviously someone else’s order, and I couldn’t tell it wasn’t until I was already far-gone on my way. Still, for the wrong item, it tasted good, but they did rush themselves instead of taking an extra 30 seconds to double check if it was the item on the order.
