First time visiting, surprisingly. I had the mango monsoon smoothie. It was delicious. Service was awesome,will return
I usually enjoy Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but my recent Sunday morning visit to the Bossier City location was very disappointing. No one responded at the drive-thru order station or pickup window. After waiting several minutes, I knocked on the window to get someone’s attention. An employee acknowledged me but told someone else to take my order, and after several more minutes of employees walking around, someone finally came to the window. By then, I decided to leave without ordering. Very poor customer service.
Delicious food, freshly made, and everyone was so nice! They even gave me a few blueberries for my puppy in the car
They have gotten my order right all the time they can do a tab bit better on there customer service but majority of the time they have been pretty good no complaints from me but overall I luv this joint 🤣
Dined in, no complaints, and no regrets. Very clean restaurant with service focused and personable staff. Smoothies and wrap were great. I’ll definitely stop in again!
