I’ve ordered from this place on DoorDash like 10 or 15 times absolutely love it
They were very busy and complained the whole time. They lost my online order and complained the whole time that they didn’t want to be here. One girl just stood there the whole time and the line was wrapped around the building.
This has been the worst experience ever. The staff are too young or nieve to know customer service. I asked for the manager and I was told the manager was not there to rectify the issue. The person that took my ordered seemed to be clueless about the entire ordering process or not know the product. I asked one question about the product and he said "I don't kmow". Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one came to either one of the windows. Yes, it was open. Called and no one answered.
The Smoothies i got were fine. But I ordered to flatbread sandwiches and both were messed up. I was barely acknowledged by staff there while waiting for my food. I waited for around 10 minutes then got asked why I was there after being given my drinks prior and asking about my food. When I opened my food at home 5 minutes later it was cold and soggy. A ridiculous amount of pesto was put on my flatbread and my boyfriends flatbread was greasy. I also ordered chips but never received them. I had to toss my food due to how soggy... read more
