I believe that my experience for tropical smoothie cafe was spledened. There was this worker named Jacob who was very friendly and was a excellent worker, and this other worker named Erin who was very efficient and helpful for the tropical smoothie brand, and also Victoria who was very hard working in the back as it took atleast 2 minutes max for one order to be completed. I would highly recommend to drive to this tropical smoothie ONLY.
Love the food and smoothies here! they are heathy and delicious and the people are awesome!
This used to be my children and I favorite place to go almost daily. However, the staff had changed several time and the service went with it. The drinks were made to perfection prior and now they put little to no ingredients in the drinks. Instead filling the blender cup w ice and water. When asked to fix it I was charged extra when it was simply not done correctly. I have attempted to change the hours that go to see that helps but no I am overwhelming disappointed each time.
