We have been going weekly for years. We use the first responder discount because we are a firefighter family. The staff argued about it then the supervisor came and told me it is only for Police and Military. It says on the receipt Police/Fire/Military where the discount shows on the receipt. I shouldn’t have to tell them their own corporate policy or have to argue to get something that is a small acknowledgement of my families sacrifice. Clean space, speedy service, super friendly staff, and great execution.
If I could give -ve stars I would. They have a drive thru that I had to wait forever for and I couldn’t leave the car because I had kids in my car hence the drive thru. Won’t be coming again
Extremely disappointed with the service here. I waited over 20 minutes for my order while watching multiple people who arrived long after me get served and leave. When I asked about the delay, the staff was completely dismissive and couldn't have cared less. Won’t be back!
