Usually I’m not a Karen but unfortunately I just had the rudest experience I’ve had here. (7/12) Placed an online order, showed up and it was not ready and I sat there for 25 minutes watching others come in after me and get their food/drinks before my order. I asked when I should expect my smoothie, and she goes “we cleared it off the board” and turns around and starts making it.
