Usually I’m not a Karen but unfortunately I just had the rudest experience I’ve had here. (7/12) Placed an online order, showed up and it was not ready and I sat there for 25 minutes watching others come in after me and get their food/drinks before my order. I went to the Big Rapids location and tried to use one of the coupon codes from the bottom of the receipt and was told all of the sudden that I could not use it today. According to “cooperate”, I had to wait two weeks. I have been using them for a while now with no problem. How does cooperate know? Is this true? I am EXTREMELY disappointed and dissatisfied with Tropical Smoothie Cafe!! I am a loyal customer and would have always encouraged others to go there over other similar places.
