I’m a faithful Tropical Smoothie Cafe customer for years. I’m new to the area, and have been frequenting this location maybe once a month if that. I’ve never experienced what I experienced today. I made an order through the app for a delivery today, and it was canceled. I called to inquire about the cancellation, and the manager at this location was very hostile and had poor customer service.
