Placed a mobile order have receipt and confirmation but staff and manager say they can’t find the order and won’t honor it. Even with email and app receipt

Ordered an açaí bowl with peanut butter on top. For $14 after tax, I was quite disappointed. The açaí base itself was pre-frozen and quite hard, not freshly blended like I have had at many other places. Don’t think I’ll be returning soon.
