Man, this spot ain’t it. Walked in and the folks behind the counter already had an attitude, like they ain’t wanna be there. The food was nasty, straight up. My smoothie was so watered down it barely had any taste. And what really did it for me—I saw roaches crawling on the floor. That’s a no-go. This place dirty, the service trash, and I won’t be back. Don’t waste your money here, go next door to Publix and just buy fruit.
Terrible customer service today. Request a small sauce for my sandwich. The girl at the window said it was 27 cents. I've been here numerous times and have never been charged for a sauce. Told the clerk I did not have change and asked were they really going to charge my card for this amount? Told her not to worry about it. Needless to say when I received the sandwich, it LACKED SAUCE. came here and ordered a Nutella açaí bowl with extra Nutella (my usual, purchased over 20 times from numerous cafes). left out with a refund because after coming all the way back so they could simply correct my order (they gave the normal amount of Nutella instead of the extra i paid for), the sorry ssa manager/team lead/supervisor told me “they must be making it wrong” after I told her I order this religiously, so I know what extra is supposed to look like.
