My wife and I stopped in for a quick snack at the Carrollton Va site. The time was around 5:00 pm . We arrived at the counter, awaiting service. To my surprise, the individuals working behind the counter looked at us, but did not even acknowledge us!! We waited at least 5 minutes before someone finally came to take our order. October 2025: I’ve noticed a big change in quality of the smoothies. They don’t have the same rich flavor anymore, and it’s not because they’re using less sugar. It’s just that the flavor is different. I’ve been ordering less and less lately, and I’m hoping they can fix it.

I did a mobile order for my son who wanted Tropical Smoothie. My son does not like super sweet things so when he said the smoothie was weirdly sour I knew it was unbearable. I tasted and it was incredibly sour. I went inside and the cashier, who was very friendly and pleasant, understood my concern but had "to ask the owner".
