Short and simple: Cashier was lovely, the food was delicious and perfectly cooked, and she even offered two smaller cups for the single smoothie we ordered (which we thought was very nice!). Overall, this location does a wonderful job and I'm glad I visited for a bite to eat!

I ordered my food and to my surprise it was cold. The service was okay, however I had expected more friendly service and attentiveness as they did not get my name correct upon ordering.

Mother's Day ... first time ever in a Tropical Smoothie, an unpleasant experience with unfriendly staff. I asked a couple of questions menu related and you would think I was from outer space. I requested a glass of ice for bottled Coke and was told NO. I was lucky I was given a straw. I hope the owner makes an effort to speak to staff about their service connected attitudes. Neither a smile or thank you was offered during my visit. :<)
