I ordered my food and to my surprise it was cold. The service was okay, however I had expected more friendly service and attentiveness as they did not get my name correct upon ordering.

Mother's Day ... first time ever in a Tropical Smoothie, an unpleasant experience with unfriendly staff. I asked a couple of questions menu related and you would think I was from outer space. I requested a glass of ice for bottled Coke and was told NO. I was lucky I was given a straw. I hope the owner makes an effort to speak to staff about their service connected attitudes. Neither a smile or thank you was offered during my visit. :<)

The wrap was ok but the customer service and atmosphere were poor. I ordered online and arrived on time for pickup. Three workers saw me enter and continued to work in the back. There was no line or people waiting. No one greeted me or said one minute please or such. They just kept doing what they were doing without being in any kind of hurry. When someone did come to the counter, she still didn’t greet me or smile. She didn’t say anything. And there should be a dress code. I would not wear the stretch pants and sweat pants ... read more
