I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but after several experiences over the past few weeks, I felt it was important to leave a review in hopes that improvements are made. Unfortunately, this was the third visit where the environment felt very unprofessional. I came to this location earlier this afternoon to try the acai smoothie bowl with boba. I really enjoy smoothie bowls especially in warmer weather. I had never had one from Tropical Smoothie Cafe before, so I was excited to give it a try. I ordered through the drive-thru and then drove just a couple of minutes to a mostly empty parking lot so I could eat it before it melted on the way home.
