This experience was unacceptable and reflects serious issues with how this location is managed. I placed a delivery order through the Tropical Smoothie website, tipped the driver, and after payment, the order abruptly switched to pickup. No explanation, no correction, and no functional support from the 1‑800 number or the app. The website states that the store handles refunds directly, so I called. The service was horrible. The male employee was not even aware or familiar with his own menu. We placed an online order & it was not prepared or even in process of being prepared, when we arrived. He questioned me, rudely tapping the receipt in my face, asking me what the item was (clearly described on the actual receipt) printed from HIS printer.
