The food was at standard. But that was not due to the lack of effort by just ONE young lady working by herself on a Sunday. Left to handle the register, making smoothies, and the food all on her own. And she did an excellent job. Tropical Smoothie is a franchise that cannot let this be the standard of support for its employees.
The girls working there specifically the white girl have no customer service. I had to say my drink and order a few times. She asked “what size” when there’s no sizes for a smoothie or a chicken bacon ranch. Didn’t even get my smoothie order right. I go out to another store for a good 5 minutes and come back the smoothie was out. Why don’t you pick up the phone!? I had an order delivered and it was missing two smoothies and you wont pick up the phone - I phoned a bunch of times. That is terrible, terrible service.
Food was fine. Smoothie was not. It was spoiled. I was already far to go back and return My first time in this location. Never had an issue in another place. Disappointed because I was craving all day for it and when I finally took a couple of sips, it was bad. Please check your expirations to avoid further problems with other people!
