Helped me with a delicious smoothie
Amazing experience at Tropical Cafe in Hyannis. It was absolutely crazy busy during the lunch rush, but Lily, the manager on duty, did an incredible job leading her team. She was constantly communicating, keeping everyone organized, and most importantly, she wasn’t just directing from the sidelines, she was completely hands-on and working right alongside her team. Most reviews are people who don’t understand how third party delivery apps work, and the random driver messes up so they take it out on the store they supposedly really like. Order mistake happens it’s not tropical cafe’s fault, random delivery driver’s make the mistakes on that. Anyways that aside this place serves excellent food, always timely and good customer service always nice and quick. I will never stop coming here because the food is good and the service is even better!
