Ordered the Chia Banana Boost. Quick cashier, all team members were active and engaged, and the dine in area was super clean.
Did this place get new management? I've ordered many times from Tropical Smoothie Cafe before, always getting a PB protein crunch bowl. The last couple months I've noticed there's half as much food in the bowl as there used to be... They used to fill it up, but now it sits at exactly half full when I get it. so I'm paying the same price for half the food? Do you need to raise your margins THAT badly? Doesn't sit right with me. Otherwise decent food place but now they're kind of scalping.
Lettuce was old and wilted, there’s a lot of cross contamination since I found other food items in my corn, the tortilla was stale and hard. Nothing was seasoned and the chicken was foggy definitely would not recommend.
