I am a huge fan of TSC-BUT I have to say that almost everytime I order on the app ahead of time and go thru the drive thru to pick up-they are not efficient. I thought that was the point of ordering ahead? Today was particularly bad. I ordered ahead and when I got there they asked me to pull forward, while they finish working on my order. I proceeded to watch 5 cars order, pay and get their food and drive away before me. I had to walk in and ask about my order! They had it sitting behind the counter. This place consistently fails to cook the chicken and other ingredients to a safe internal temp of 140 degrees. Not even the cheese melts its so undercooked. Why serve food like this? Also rarely consistent even though I know its all made to order. Ohio menu items are a dollar cheaper, made well and fast. I get treated pretty poorly every once in a while at the window. I'm always pleasant and respectful to the staff. The food would be good otherwise but man this place needs help serving food safely and staff needs leadership... read more
