I had a bad experience a few weeks back. I ordered a smoothie before work because the app & website said they opened at 7, I waited and waited and ended up watching the employee get dropped off, unlock & open the door at 7:15. The app wasn’t letting me cancel my order because it said it was in progress… but the store wasn’t even open. I reached out to the headquarters because there was no one to speak to at this branch.
