Ordered online, it was supposed to be ready at 5:30, I wasn't even acknowledged until 5:53. There were people at the counter waiting to place orders for 10 minutes and people who placed orders after mine got their food first. There needs to be a separate area for online order pickup. The wait time and lack of organization is ridiculous.
I placed an order at 8am and got confirmation that the order was received. I showed up at 810 and the store was locked and the lights were off. I waited for 10 minutes and no one showed. I drove home while continuing to call. At 830 someone answered and said I cant have a refund until a manager was in the next day. I will never order from this location again. Complete incompetence
