I just love this environment! friendly associates, very much chill vibes & they’re definitely greeting you with a smile at the door, since I haven’t been in a while I say job well done helping search the menu, I think Jake and Keri make an awesome team duo btw! XOXO
Once again another franchise that doesn’t do happy hour. Today my chocolate pb protein smoothie was $11. Most I ever paid and they cannot tell me why. So many issues at different locations lately I'm just going to go elsewhere to another smoothie company from now on. This negative review will only result in the company asking me to email them with further details but all details are right here.
I stopped by Tropical Smoothie Cafe to grab something to drink with my lunch — I wanted something a little healthier, with some veggies in it lol. The place felt cool, calm, and welcoming, which made it an easy stop. I ended up getting an Avocolada 😋 and it was really good — refreshing and exactly what I was looking for. The staff were helpful and polite, and everything went smoothly while I was there. Overall, a nice, easy stop if you’re looking for something fresh to go with your meal.
Please don’t waste your time. Took more than 8 min for them to even acknowledge me. Nobody else was in here. Not a hello. Nothing. Then the girl makes the smoothie & keeps pulling her phone out. Not paying attention. Very annoying.
