This is the third time I’ve had a missing item from this Tropical Smoothie location. The last time, an employee said the manager would call me back. He never did. Today it happened again. I called and spoke with the manager, Jeremy. All I asked for was a refund for the wrap that never arrived. Instead of helping, he blamed DoorDash, even though the driver confirmed the smoothie was the only item left for them.
