The owner kelly is disrespectful the workers are lazy my smoothie was water down I had gotten a bhmam mama they wouldn't re make my smoothie after I paid 9$ for it
Horrible customer service. Specifically a girl in a blue shirt and the manager with a heart on her cheek. Was told I could not get a refund for my purchase online, when on the website it clearly says to contact the store. Calling them out specifically because I’ve had wonderful interactions at this location beforehand. These two specifically are lazy, inconsiderate, and not worthy of a job. Edit: Food was awful too. Quesadilla had next to no chicken, the blueberry smoothie was watered down, and the mango smoothie was watered... read more
Great food, decent service. Not very friendly, but not rude either.
So..even a smoothie is cutting volume fake like this.....sigh...
Owner was so kind to my wife and I. Most importantly, we witnessed a customer drop a smoothie and answer replaced it and cleaned up the mess. I love an owner that gets their hands dirty and stays kind and positive throughout! Plus food was delicious!
