I had a very disappointing experience with this employee. Every time I visit, she is rude and unprofessional. I greeted her by saying “Hi” and “Good day,” but she didn’t respond. She showed a lot of attitude, closed the service window without saying anything, and when I asked for my receipt, she ignored my question and didn’t answer. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the customer service experience.
I was having trouble with the online ordering so we went inside which we rarely do, but glad I did. Xavier was beyond helpful, gave us great service, and went above and beyond to accommodate our order and my kiddos.
I love the smoothies!
