The manager of the store was rude. I've been going to tropical smoothie with my children for years and ordering them the same thing. Strawberry banana smoothies. He somehow heard me say chocolate banana smoothies. When he gave them to me I told him that it's not what I ordered. He proceeded to tell me that I told him that I wanted chocolate banana smoothies. There was a woman working today with pink hair whose energy was infectious. Amazing enthusiasm and customer service. I did not get her name but she deserves a raise. The world needs more people like you!
