I don’t remember the atmosphere, but when me and my husband, and his friend was there, I had ordered the bowl online, and the workers were busy chatting instead of making our food, and I had waited 15 minutes for my bowl. This is why I always prefer playa bowls. Please finish the orders before having side chats with your friends. It’s disrespectful to the customers that you have 3 people in the kitchen and aren’t being attentive to the orders. We have places to go, and we can’t always wait a long time for our order.

It would ba a great experience if the staff did not silence the phone so that you cannot call in your order. This has happened multiple times. We test by calling the phone when we get there, after calling for a half hour before we get there. I can make smoothies at home. I buy from you for convience, its not convient when you don't answer the phone. Someone on your staff should be fired for making your business look bad. If you have cameras you should check them.
