This location is very clean, and the service was superb.

Made an online order, smoothie was pretty much pure ice and tasted like water. Went in to have a remake, first of all was told to pay for the smoothie. I didn’t pay for it and it was put in and I sat and waited. Another gentlemen asked for his smoothie to be remade after me, it came out almost immediately. If I could give zero stars I would. This is THE worst Tropical Smoothie that I have been to in my life. The smoothies taste like a snow cone in a cup. Lots of ice no flavor. Do you even put fruit in the smoothies? If you do, I did not taste any. All I taste is pure ice. I ordered a pomegranate plunge add white chocolate. The Smoothie was too thick and I could barely sip it through the straw.
