In the last 2 months I’ve bought multiple (4+) açaí bowls that have barely been filled up. I understand they aren’t going to be completely filled and I’m assuming the lines on the bowl are for staff to fill to a certain level. Today through the drive thru we ordered an açaí bowl with Nutella. These are about $13 for one bowl. Update: They reached out and made it right. Gave them another chance and ordered the same thing, and it was really good. And my service was great. Weird experience. Was not greeted or acknowledged when I came in. When ordering the guy literally didnt say a word and just walked away. He came back and still didnt say anything. I dont really mind, im patient. However my drink was flavorless and guarantee it was missing ingredients. For $8.00 I would expect more.

Service has gone down hill in the afternoon/evenings. Kids are slow and have a don’t have to care attitude. No adult or manager on the floor if there is a complication Makes me sad since we are here quite often
