I love me some Tropical Cafe, it’s better than Smoothie King. They are currently supposed to be open right now and there is no one there, it’s 7:11!!! SMH!!
I love this place, the employees are always kind and helpful and they never mess up my order. I come here all the time on my lunch break and I don’t plan to stop any time soon.
I had a similar experience to what others have mentioned. One morning, I tried to order a smoothie—the place was open, but no one was inside. I waited about 10 minutes and eventually left. On my second visit, the cashier (a young male) was on the phone the entire time and acted like making our smoothies was a favor, not his job. On the bright side, the smoothies themselves were quite good.
