. I ordered a Thai chicken wrap and smoothie. I got my mobile order and ate half my wrap before finding a black rotten piece of chicken in my wrap. The employee was nice enough to give me a full refund when I went back in. Food is getting one star because at least my smoothie was good but aside from that, this was a horrible experience, and I’ve never had a problem with tropical smoothie before
This is the 2nd time i've ordered for delivery and was sent a completely different item than what I ordered. I am calling the store and no one is picking up. Now I have to commute to this location to have a refund processed out of my work day.
Drink carriers are the wrong size
I have come here on several occasions where I’ve waited 5-10 minutes for someone to come out. I also took note that they don’t put latex gloves on before making the smoothies. They do that in other locations. Very unsanitary. I won’t be back until I know they’ve made the changes.
