UPDATE: Whenever I order pick up, the order is ready to go. The customer service was extra amazing today on Sunday 9/1. Def my fav healthy go to spot when in Clearwater! This place never misses! I love picking up a delicious wrap and smoothie for breakfast. Very grateful to have this healthy option for when I’m on the go.
I am 8 mo this pregnant and really need to eat healthy. I just sent my husband to get me a chipotle wrap and what I just opened is absolutely appalling. Management I really hope u see this. Your staff literally just put chicken and bacon and a bunch of sauce. No romaine, no tomato, and this is supposed to be a healthy / salad place. Laziness at this level is so unacceptable.
The team here is great and they really know how to make the food and smoothies consistently. The crew that’s there around peak lunch time is the best!
I would say it’s a hit or miss. Either they get it right or they don’t. Either the person working will just charge the card no problem or the person working will hand you the device that prompts for a tip. Either they are friendly or they sound like they hate their job. Just like Forrest Gump says, ya never know what you’re gonna get. lol
