My wife and I love this place, the food tastes good, and the mocha madness smoothie is the best. However, the customer service is terrible, and they are always slow.
We waited for 5 minutes to have our order taken and all the employees did was stare at our faces so we ended up leaving the store without taking nothing
Drive through is so convenient. Fast services and the smoothies are very good
We love Tropical Smoothie as a healthier fast food option. We were driving back from the beach when we decided to stop at this location. The most polite guy took our order! I had a detailed order for several people in our car and I was very impressed with how well he handled our order. I didn’t realize he could not hear me—I needed to speak louder—He said it in a kind way. My teenagers also were impressed with how polite and kind he was during the process.
