The dasher forgot a piece of my order.But one of the cafe employees personally delivered my order, a remake and extra cookies!!
We got drive through today and vanessa greeted us so kindly and welcoming, let us take as much time as we needed to figure out what we wanted, and was so sweet at the window, she was the only one working at the time and she let us know! Such a great person!
First time at this location. I went through the drive-thru and no one was in line, it wasn't busy...yet it took almost 15 minutes for 3 smoothies 🤨...and they were melted. 924 am ordered at drive-thru...938 am my order was handed to me.
I was the a-hole who came 10 mins before closing, BUT I was not treated less than anyone else. I experienced GREAT service and my smoothies were wonderful. Abbey was the server name on the cup, and if it was the sweet lady at the window, she was amazing. I just wanted to say thank you big time. The message on the cup was a cherry on top :)
