Visited yesterday 9-3-25 Maggie helped us, or should I say didnt "help" us. She was extremely rude. Im not sure if she was having a bad day or what but she needs retaining on customer service.
Gave this place a try to use their refer a friend promotion. (Get their app and use their coupon quickly). Delicious and refreshing drinks. Healthy options
So just to update my review; after receiving the feedback I chose to try again. Once again this store has the WORST customer service! They take forever to make your order and they are beyond rude! I have been coming here for a while seems as I work next door. The food is decent especially because I fast often. The service has gone downhill! They are always running slow and the new person there today would not let me call my order ahead which I always do so I can get it while working. I placed it online and came to pick it up past my pickup time just to be told that I need to give them a heads up next time I’m in the drive through. Overall the staff was amazing especially Jayda she went above and beyond and really treated me and my family well.
