They got my order wrong, ok fine that happens. My issue is that it seemed like the drink had been sitting out a while. It was very soupy and when I called to tell them there was banana in my drink even though the Bahama Mama doesn’t have banana, they tried to tell me there wasn’t despite me smelling it, tasting it, and pulling a big chunk of banana out of my mouth. After three rude interactions at the drive thru I’m sending in my one star review. So sorry for trying to buy a smoothie, won’t happen again.

The staff was very rude. They did not even start my order until I get there and I placed it online ahead of time. So, I was late for getting back to work. Then when I got home they left out one of the sides. Someone then had to go back down there. The guy on the phone offered no apologies, just: if you come back we'll give it to you.
