Stopped here for a $5 smoothie before 10am and they have one person working!!! It’s literally 10+ customers in here and she can not handle the volume by herself now I’m late for work because the place is not staffed properly do better!!
I am extremely disappointed with the açaí bowls at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Each time I have purchased one, it has been frozen solid and difficult to eat. This has happened repeatedly and has made the experience highly unsatisfying. Please address the preparation and quality of this item. A customer should receive an açaí bowl that is fresh and ready to enjoy—not frozen solid. Unfortunately, due to these repeated experiences, I will no longer be purchasing açaí bowls from this location.

We visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe on 5.31.26, we tried their mango mansoon, sunshine smoothie and 2 jetty punch. The smoothie tasted good. The attitude of the cashier and the server Arhianna.S was worst. It is like if you give them more tips you will be provided with the right quantity and they treat you well. Worst customer service.
