Ever since Colleen left, the service is so slow!
The atmosphere is really nice. The service is quite efficient. The food is of really good quality. They use fresh ingredients.
Waited in line forever to get a smoothie. Ordered and went to pay. Was informed they do not take cash that is over a 20. Refused legal tender due to store policy. Just lost a long time customer at all tropical smoothie cafes. Thanks for wasting my time. PUT A SIGN OUT!
Light skin guy in there with the dreads in is unprofessional always has an attitude and never fills up the smoothie cups. He filled it up maybe 80%.
Came by on 7/17 @7:12am this location wasn’t open. Although someone was there looking at me pull on the door they got up and walked to the back
