I had a great experience. Vanessa at the Bolingbrook location was fantastic. She has great customer service skills. She’s definitely a keeper :)
Horrible Service. I came in at exactly 8:33pm and I wanted to get a wrap and the employee said no because they were closing at 9pm. It really takes more than 27 mins to make it? Mind you there was no other customers waiting or anything.
We were there on 5.31.26, we tried their mango mansoon, sunshine smoothie and 2 jetty punch. The smoothie tasted good. The attitude of the cashier and the server Arhianna.S was worst. It is like if you give them more tips you will be provided with the right quantity and they treat you well. Worst customer service. They ran out of the big cups so they were providing for each order 3small cups of smoothies, she should have provided us with 12cups, she gave us 2 small cups of mango mansoon and 2 small cups of sunshine smoothie ... read more
