I am very disappointed in this place. Even though I normally enjoy the food I had A very bad experience today. My delivery order was missing my food and when I called the store to see if I can pick it up the lady was very rude to me. She tried to blame it on the delivery person and not own their mistake. She wouldn’t let me come pick it up said I had to go through app or have uber eats guy do it which they won’t. Her attitude was horrible and all I wanted was my food I paid for. I will Never come to this location ever again.... read more
I love visiting this Tropical Smoothie location! The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the smoothies are consistently delicious and refreshing. The food is tasty, and the store is always clean and welcoming.
I had a bad food experience here and when asked to talk to the owner Jacob I got the run around very poor management here I will not be spending my hard earned money here i suggest you go to a different location learn how to treat your customers better zero stars
