Laplata tropical smoothie is the worse tropical smoothies ever. The manager didn’t prepare our smoothie correctly and got an attitude with us when we questioned why it was a different color from what we’ve been buying for years. I love the freshness, in order here at least three times a week, the only overarching problem that I have at this place is that you can walk in, and stand in line, and pay for your order, and then they will proceed with making 10 DoorDash orders before they finish a single customers order who is standing right in front of them behind the clear glass. It took me 15 minutes to get a single smoothie and I was the only one in line! Again, the facility itself is clean, and the food is fresh when you eventually get it
