I paid for extra toppings for everything on the flat bread and this is what I got. Called the store the manager kept talking over me saying I’m lying and then said he doesn’t care about this business and that they could fire him right now and he wouldn’t care and to please calm the health department on them

By far the worst drive-thru experience I’ve had in a long time. The employees were extremely rude and barely spoke unless spoken to. When I pulled up to the window, the card reader was simply stuck out toward me no greeting, no total, nothing. The entire drive-thru took over 20 minutes. They first brought out my sandwich, which was incorrect. No one was at the window, so I couldn’t ask for it to be fixed until someone came back with my smoothie. The food is consistently good; however, there is an opportunity for improvement in customer service. During visits before 2 PM, there is a Hispanic woman who regularly takes orders and often presents a dismissive or unwelcoming attitude toward customers. To improve the overall customer experience, I would recommend reassessing front-facing roles.
