The girl took my order while eating a cookie, the payment screen was frozen so she had to do something on her end which gave her a 7$ tip. The smoothies were super watery and tasted very bland.
This store smells like vomit every time I come here. Seems like the drop ceiling tiles need to be changed as they probably had an HVAC leak and were too cheap to fix it. Probably why the employees have such a bad attitude since they have to smell it all day. Looks like I will have to file a report with the OSHA. Come here if you are constipated, their smoothies will clean you out better than a Metamucil.
Do not go to this tropical smoothie on a day that they have free smoothie deals. They are short staffed and this is how my family and I was treated. Saturday June 21 @ 8:00pm I went to tropical smoothie for the buy an item get one free and they told me I could only order online not in store orders, because it’s only two of them, and they are trying to close.
