We love tropical smoothie! This location in chesapeake near battlefield by sams club has been one of the worst locations ever. Had I not of had an order from others that my husband works with I would ha e left. The trash inside the store on the floor, tables, and restroom were unacceptable. They lady who took our order was not even wearing the TS uniform.... had a hoodie and slippers on. One girl making food had a tanktop and shower cap on which neither are part of the uniform. Ordered 2 tropical sunrise smoothies 1 with yogurt, was not told which is which and none of them tasted like they had yogurt , when asked the employee responded with already an altered voice inflection and said “you said it doesn’t taste like yogurt “ I just left because he was aggressive. Really bad experience.
So freaking good to n national flip flop day
The credit card machine prompted for a tip, and it would not allow me to skip, I put in no tip and my receipt was charged 1.22 for a tip I didn't authorize. I don't appreciate being forced to tip people who are being paid to do their job, they don't earn server wages, and the machine wouldn't let me chose no tip. I feel like you've stolen from me. I won't be back.
