Ole girl literally sat on FaceTime while taking multiple ppls orders and when she got to loud she went in the back and left the front completely unattended her phone never left her hand
Visit this establishment in 12/24 and almost ended up in a fight because I asked to have my smoothie remade because it had No TASTE. Oh yeah they were willing to remake the smoothie but I was told that I needed to wait until they finished all the other orders. I then asked for the manager and the young lady advised no manager. Then asked to speak with assistant mgr. No assistant manager on duty. Is there a team lead and a young man comes up and that's when all hell breaks out. Went for take out. Messed up my order, specified sandwich and got wraps, forgot the chips for both orders and added a mountain of cilantro to the sandwiches. Wasn't even busy for them to mess it up. I was the only person there.
