The toasted snack rolls currently have me in a severe choke hold. They're sooo good!!!
I had placed an order over their mobile app for a 7 am pickup but due to one of their openers being sick, they were not open when I arrived. I reached out for a refund and Henry gladly called me back and offered to replace the smoothie I ordered. He was extremely polite and helpful proving that good customer service goes a very long way!
Employees forgot to make my food. Took 20 minutes to get someone’s attention just for them to realize they didn’t make it.
