Customer service at this place was terrible. Everyone has headphones on and some youngin wear a shiesty mask on his head. It was all kids with no adult supervision.
Tropical smoothie is what it is, delicious and a chain store so it's a lil hard to mess that up. Every time I come in this store it smells like vomit, it is clean and everyone is friendly but stinks so bad I won't eat inside.
I love this location. I have been going to TS for quite some time, no one has ever told me about happy hour until I visit this location. I am approached by my first name soon as I walk in and that already know what I'm ordering. Dre and Jade are tha absolute best. There are a few others but I do not know their names.
On June 4th, I placed a delivery order through the Tropical Smoothie app to my workplace. The first issue was that none of the 3 smoothies that were ordered had been delivered, just the food items. When I called the store to advise them of the issue I was told, “yeah the delivery driver left them here you can come get them if you want.” If I could’ve picked up my order to begin with I wouldn’t have done delivery.
