Very kind and respectful.
Ordered online, ready 5 min prior to my expected time. It was an excellent wrap and watermelon mojito. The girl that was working was very nice.
The owner or manager what ever he is is so rude his name is malap I over heard his employee calling him that but he speaks to customers and employees so foul the energy was very poor and I didn’t feel comfortable with eating and i honestly didn’t want to because of how rude he was I wanted a refund I won’t spend my hard earned money somewhere I don’t feel welcomed if I could give 0 stars I would i recommend going to any other tropical smoothie …. Unacceptable
I would always order from this tropical smoothie location, never had any issues up until today. There was an extremely long strand of hair in the new torch wrap. Won’t be eating here again. They clearly don’t wear hair wraps.
