I would always order from this tropical smoothie location, never had any issues up until today. There was an extremely long strand of hair in the new torch wrap. Won’t be eating here again. They clearly don’t wear hair wraps.
I walked into this establishment on 07/27/2026 around 4:00 pm and was absolutely AMAZED by how clean the place was and how FRIENDLY the staff were. I ordered a Bahama mama smoothie and the staff were so HELPFUL and EFFICIENT when it came to taking my order. Afterwards I received my smoothie QUICKLY and it was probably the BEST SMOOTHIE I have ever received from any tropical smoothie ever. 11/10 best Tropical Smoothie ever, I WILL be back for sure!!!
FINALLY A TROPICAL SMOOTHIE THAT GOT MY ENTIRE ORDER CORRECT... I'M SOOOOOOOO SHOCKED AT HOW BEAUTIFUL MY WRAP LOOKED. AND, MY SMOOTHIE IS SO DELICIOUS. I GOT AN AVOCADO SMOOTHIE AND A THAI CHICKEN WRAP. IDK WHO THE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE MANAGER IS. BUT THANK YOU, YOU REALLY MADE DAY. THIS IS BEST MEAL I'VE HAD IN A WHILE FROM TS. MY WRAP WAS HOT AND CRISPY. THE THAI SAUCE WAS THE RIGHT AMOUNT. IF I COULD RATE MY MEAL IT'S A 1000 OUT OF 10. PLEASE KEEP IT UP I WILL BE BACK. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Buffalo Chicken Wrap was drenched in Buffalo hot sauce. It was the only thing that I could taste. It was not edible.
The people here are beyond kind and the food is great!!!
