Each and every time I go there Interact with a chick that's very rude and has poor communication skills she truly needs to be retrained or removed.
Closing at 640 on Saturday for no reason. Drove all the way up here. Dude said we closed for 30 mins. Gave no reason why, store doesn't close till 9pm.
Went here for the first time and the smoothie I got was really good! But the customer service was not there at all. The lady ringing me up was pretty rude and seemed like she did not wanna be there at all. Was also the only customer there so no stress in the wind at all 🙄
If you want your food a certain way don’t order here and unless you’re there watching them make it. I ordered a bowl for delivery. I order no coconut on my bowl because I’m HIGHLY allergic. They gave me an already made bowl and called themselves taking the coconut out, but there was still a bunch of coconut in between the granola. Never again
