If you want your food a certain way don’t order here and unless you’re there watching them make it. I ordered a bowl for delivery. I order no coconut on my bowl because I’m HIGHLY allergic. They gave me an already made bowl and called themselves taking the coconut out, but there was still a bunch of coconut in between the granola. Never again

had a really disappointing experience at Tropical Smoothie today. The staff, especially the girl working the counter, was extremely rude. I asked about exchanging a smoothie I didn’t like, and instead of handling it with any kind of professionalism or courtesy, she responded with a rude and dismissive attitude. On top of that, the store itself didn’t feel clean. The counters were messy, and the overall appearance of the place made me question the hygiene standards. I
I ordered online through the app and came in to pick up my order. However, I noticed two young employees making comments about a customer who seemed frustrated with their wait time. I understand that it can be hectic, but it's important to maintain professionalism and respect for customers who choose to spend their hard-earned money at your establishment.
