I used to go to this location all the time because it’s close to my house but recently I’ve been driving out of the way to go to a different one. My açaí bowls, which are my favorite, have all of a sudden gone down hill. The açaí is always super frozen and usually if I let it sit out for a minutes it’ll be okay but today it was literally like ice. On top of that my bowls always look a mess. Once again, Tropical Smoothie has taken my money but claimed they never received my order. This is not the first time this has happened, and I’m beyond frustrated. I placed my order online was charged, only to show up and be told there’s “no record of it.” No refund, no solution—just a waste of my time and money. If I could give it 0 stars I would!!!
I ordered a smoothie online at this location, and when I placed and paid for the order, I was prompted with a message that said "We can not complete your order if you were charged, you will receive a refund". So I placed my order at a different location. I then called the store to see how long it would take for the refund, and was told they don't know what I am talking about, and they already made the drink, so it can't be refunded.
